Internal Reporting: Any participant who experiences or witnesses misconduct, unsafe conditions, or policy violations is encouraged to file a formal report with the GoalsBC Executive Committee (or via safety@goalsbc.ca).

Independent Third-Party Reporting: In alignment with BC Soccer’s Safe Sport Framework, serious allegations of abuse or severe maltreatment may be reported directly to ITP Sport (BC Soccer’s Independent Third-Party reporting mechanism) to guarantee an unbiased and independent investigation.

Protection Against Retaliation: GoalsBC strictly prohibits retaliation, threats, or intimidation against any individual who reports a complaint or participates in a disciplinary proceeding in good faith.
